Fees for cosmetic procedures will be collected prior to surgery. Cash, cashier's checks, money orders and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card will be accepted on the day of surgery. Patients not covered by insurance are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1,095 within 48 hours of scheduling of their surgery. This deposit can be done in person or via phone with a major credit card. The deposit will be applied towards the final bill on the day of surgery. This is a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your surgery day and time, so please be sure of your desire for surgery when you schedule with your doctor.
